We are locals with a passion for food and the service industry. After several years in the restaurant industry it was time to cut the proverbial cord and take our talents on the road. We pride ourselves in using the freshest ingredients and purchasing from local sources and purveyors.

Our food truck is more than just a place to grab a great meal. It is a place to try out new dishes created by our chef from local fresh ingredients. You will recognize some items as classics, other items may seem off the wall but we promise once you try them you will be hooked.

Do you have a company picnic or other special event where you would like us to show up? We are not limited just to items on our food truck menu. Chef has 20 years in restaurant industry and can customize a menu to suit you and your ideas. Our weekends book up fast, so contact us soon.
